Payment Policy
We believe in a joyful, nurturing environment for every child. To ensure this experience is available for all families, we have established clear guidelines for tuition and payment.
FRIDAY 6 PM DEADLINE
All weekly tuition is due by Friday at 6:00 PM. This deadline ensures we can maintain our vibrant classroom environment and provide consistent, high-quality care for all children.
LATE FEES
A $50 late fee is applied to any tuition payments received after 6:00 PM on Friday. This fee helps us cover the costs of maintaining our educational programs and facilities.
ATTENDANCE REQUIREMENTS
Children cannot attend on Monday until all tuition and late fees are paid in full. This policy ensures that every child has a safe, welcoming space to learn and play.
TUITION RESERVATION
Tuition reserves a child's spot for the week. Should a child be absent due to illness, vacation, or a scheduled closure, tuition remains due to maintain our enrollment stability.
OPERATIONS
We are closed on federal holidays, including Juneteenth. Weather-related operations follow Prince George's County Public Schools. Please check our calendar for updates.

Weather Policy
